I actually recommended it to an interstate visitor a few weeks ago even though I've not been there in years myself.

Not been recently, maybe 6-8 months ago. $100 f/s. Pretty standard, get the job done and get out tyoe of place

Good luck, I've been in Morphett Vale about a year, haven't found anywhere decent yet
