Lots of coffee and water in between. And weeing lots is good to flush the body of KY. I know this probably sounds yuck to all the men viewing this post. But it helps us WL's to stay healthy and nice and clean HeHe !

Not yuck at all. Anything that keeps it fresh for us is much appreciated.
