Yeh pretty bad experience here too. I understand back to back bookings, but having to wait 10 minutes with another fella down stairs after being told they’re free, and then being told to go straight after the girl just saw someone is off putting.

10% surcharge hurts but I got that at a cafe other day too.

I have been to Midland as well, the person set a timer, I know because it went off then at end of session just said goodbye at top of stairs not escort to the door.

Haven’t tried spa but guess it’s extra.

Seems unusual about Bobbi because previous comments have been good.

Re Vanessa, I do recall that at one time she was charging more.

Very easy for people to block you these days. I block spammers fortunately I haven’t needed to block abuser.

Unfortunately punting can be tricky, you can get burnt and unlike say a cafe you don’t get refunds, a discount next time maybe.

I have taken over a new business, something that I haven't done before, this shop not like my massage shops. So it has been a big learning for this little baby business.
I try hard to get in the good girls, but you know, I only know how good by your feedback. you know I not have a 🍆, Tell me if they not good and I fuck them off. I don't want workers that do a rush/shit job as this reflects on my business.
I think everyone know how much heart i put into this. I very much care about my workers and my customers. But it make me sad that I can't make everyone happy. I can only try.
Also, how many other owners are here replying to everyone's messages. With so many platforms that I try to advertise on, of course I need some people to help me otherwise i just go crazy.

I also think sometimes we just need little patience, We are trying our best to give a good service. I see some customers that come to the shop on drugs and do stupid things, we know that you will cause a problem as this is what you did at your last Thailand trip. Another thing to know is that i'm running a business here, Some people think its ok to start messaging me at 6am and continue all day/night. Please understand that I'm not your girlfriend/wife/whatever, All I want is to provide a good service and make bookings where I can. Be honest i feel so annoyed and try to call people to talk about and fixed the problem to make everyone happy. So understand if I block people numbers, You have to understand everyone have their own life. Can’t keep talk shit to you all the time.
 
i think the 24/7 is what makes it difficult for you and the girls. the amount of crap that would be around at early hours wanting a root when theyve been up for 4 days lol
id cut the hours back or get the girls doing rostered hours.

Hey babe, 24/7 means we are open for 24/7. But normally most girls will be finished at 12:30-1am. But we still have one girl will work overnight.

Same girls rostered day in day out. They need a break from the pounding. It would be hard for them to provide good service when they spend most of their week there with hardly a break.

I’ve found if you “go in” 😉 with high expectations you can end up a little disappointed.

Maybe this is why some reviews report a bad/poor experience and there may be other reasons too.

A little mystery can lead to a pleasant surprise.

Hey babe, I have to be honest with you between these two stores. Most of the Cock Doctors in Redcliffe are top specialist Cock Doctors. You usually get what you want. But there will be some GPs at the Midland store. Because some are top-notch specialist doctors and some may only be GPs. I can't guarantee that every one of them is very professional. agree Bobbi had multiple good reviews from other punters, myself included. maybe overworked. i'd see her again just be more cautious and not go the spa.

Can confirm that there was no aggression from fiona over text but she couldn't confirm the same over her phone call attempts. Just further advising me I'm being nasty as a friend and valued customer. i don't believe I'm deluded enough to think I'm any of those three things. after advising me she was busy i offered to discuss in person during massage but she told me she only massages a select few lucky punters now very busy.

You can use Samsung Bixby to automate call screening. It asks what the call is regarding and covers text to speech so you don't have to listen to the other person. hopefully siri can do this too. Phones these days also have options to block private numbers or numbers not on your family and friends list.

Good intel re spa, something we should all consider.

Can be difficult to communicate verbally as you found can easily get misunderstood and everyone can get frustrated.

Hey guys, i dont normally post to much but this needs to be said. Went for a visit today, the 2nd time since Fiona took over. The first visit with Gina was good not great, now 2nd visit today with Cherry was extremely disappointing, it was terrible actually, went for full service 30min. She may as well have been a corpse, just laid there and wasn't aloud to touch either. Been to Swan lounge quite a bit before Fiona took over and never had an issue with the girls.
She was very uninterested but also said how quiet it was today 🤷🏼‍♂️ needs to be given the flick to be honest. I told the Madam when I left how bad she was and that she should let Fiona know. Especially after reading all of the reviews and experiences here so far. This place will go down hill very quickly. I've been to Fiona's establishments and never had a issue, but on the other hand, had never seen Cherry. Will not be back for a long time 😕

Think the difference is at Midland you pay everything up front which probably explains why some give poor service.

Yes, I met Gina other day.

I think some of the previous staff left after management change and it hasn’t been easy get new ones.

Also I think some are just not cut out for this work.

Might take a bit longer to improve service like any newly managed business.
