Correct me if i'm wrong, but i see a partner as someone you have a relationship with, like a friend or whatever, where as a slut impies people with no relationship and just a random hook up...
 
i just dont think a place like can exist in adelaide, i mean if there's a hole in a toilets unit, people would just call someone to have it fixed. i know guys out there want girls to go to places like that, but it would be a bit scary too. i mean it would be different if it was like club thing or something like that.
