New to the industry and planning to enter the slippery slidey world of erotic massage SW. My first question is about security and safety in massage parlours as opposed to brothels in Sydney Australia . How common would it be for mid-to-reasonably high end establishments to have on site security and safety measures such as having an on site security guard (guessing its rare?) or cctv to give swrs the ability to screen clients known to them IRL?

My second question: in your experience, would an attractive woman in her 30s or even older with an aptitute for the work realistically make decent money in this sector of the industry when they are competing with nubile young women in their early 20s? Or is diversity truly celebrated in a MP line-up? Any tips for a naieve, elderly wannabe massesuse? Thanks!

Security cam`s are becoming very common and used in many places, but never have them in the rooms.
A lady in her 30 can be very competitive, if she focus on service and attitude she could probably be more popular than a younger lass.

I can't answer your first question but as a customer I can answer your second one from my perspective.

As an older guy I like to see more mature ladies who offer a good massage, can hold a conversation and offer a range of extras.

There are many threads on this forum from members looking for mature massage workers so I think you will do well.
