Cheers Obbie, I suppose it needs a prescription so the quack can see if it interacts with other medications. I'm thinking if on blood pressure meds then possibly not good if it raises blood pressure to achieve a boner. The headache makes me think it possibly does.
It is the opposite. They lower your blood pressure not increase it. Have confirmed it after trying out Viagra or Levitra. So people taking blood pressure medication should skip it the day they consume the ED tablets. Any excessive lowering of the bp is too dangerous.

I guess these are the questions a pharmacist may ask if buying over the counter but anywhere else you may not get the advice. I know some medications come with a fact sheet but who really reads it through?

Erectile dysfunction really has not a lot to do with diet but can be multiple medical reasons people need such pills or gels. People of all fitness levels can experience ED. Acquired brain injury can be one reason or even psychological, diet, not so much.

Because they are seeking the aid of the little blue pill for a blood flow issue to the wee fellla.
Sildenafil Citrate was invented for lowering high blood pressure and treating angina, but they discovered it did something else, as it relax's blood vessels to increase blood flow.
ED is mainly a early sign of blood vessel damage.
Sometimes, not mainly.
Its more a sign of poor vascular health and heart problems with pumping sufficient bloodflow.
Blood vessel damage in the penis is a sign of not being able to stay hard.

Pharmacists can't sell it over the counter, so would be unlikely to ask those questions.
Generally they would rely on the doctor having asked first when giving the prescription.
But a good pharmacist would always ask about other medications as a cross check when filling a prescription...

OK.
An update on my TGA and Kamagra order from www.kamagraoioioi.com

The good news, it was released (eventually) after the prescription was provided.
AusPost then delivered it early this week, no further issues thank goodness.

I have been texting with kamagraoioioi throughout and they told me that it is becoming common with Perth TGA.
So they are now recommending to send to an interstate address (family/friend) and onforward to Perth via domestic AusPost.
Or to send them a prescription to be included in the order parcel.

Lastly, they have also told me they have a 20% discount offer until end June.
Which I had already seen on the front page of their website.
The coupon code is EOFY Sale if you're interested to try it.
