An oldie....
German postcard featuring French actress Lili Damita. It's hard to pinpoint a year when the photograph was taken; Lily worked as a photo model while still a teenager, so the photo could be dated anytime between 1920 up to 1928, when she stopped making German films and turned to American productions.
Lily was known for having a volatile personality, as well as having affairs with Austrian royalty and a movie director. She eventually married Hollywood actor Errol Flynn before he became famous. She retired from making movies in 1937.
