Yes, a forced change is sad for XY, XX and XXY biological genders and the entire spectrum of sexual/asexual gender identities: i.e. people and their families.
Often forced change is a time of evolution.

Yes there a few business have gone bust but online shopping has opened up warehouse hubs and created courier driving jobs that they can not keep up with demand shopping centers full of annoying people and there kids will be a thing of the past just like dinosaurs

One German I know whom has lived alot in Australia but now lives back in Germany described Australia like this:
Its a 3rd world nation with a 1st world universal medical system, and said there is too much focus on one city Sydney.

Don't know where your friend got the idea of first world medical system as I have had neck n shoulder problems for years unable to get decent medical treatment and continues doctor shopping to find a descent gp
