1) Pricing
I now only visit Langtrees to see a particular lady
@Jamie jackson , unless somebody else particularly arouses my curiosity, but $500/hour (+$50 for credit card) + extras is a lot more than $350/hour (+$10 for credit card) +extras at somewhere like Esquires or $200 per hour (plus tip paid in cash in room) at somewhere clean like Hany's if you don't need English. BUT there's enough variation in prices for extras by ladies at the same brothel, that Langtrees is cheaper than Esquires for some services with some ladies. However, I only ever return to ladies with affordable extras.
I'd like to visit a lady fortnightly, but can only afford to see a lady monthly at Langtrees prices.
Another issue for Perth prices is that we're in the same time zone as Bali/Singapore/China and close to Thailand, so you're indirectly* competing against $AUD300 (including $AUD100 bar fine) for a long time until "breakfast".
2) Sounding
I've discovered that sounding really works for me but few ladies do this. I've found 2 ladies in Perth (including 1 at Langtrees Jamie) who do this without exorbitant extras.
3) Tongue piercings.
I've also discovered I really like ladies with tongue piercings, particularly when our tongues are in each other's mouths as mine is also pierced. Covered blowjobs by ladies with tongue piercings are about as stimulating as uncovered blowjobs by ladies without tongue piercings. BUT few ladies have tongue piercings - limiting my selection at Langtrees. I'd be willing to fuck my budget (despite my mortgage) for more frequent service by a lady with a double-pierced split tongue, but I don't know one in Perth YET**

4) Really good massages.
MOST ladies at expensive brothels can't do massages as well as ladies at cheaper places like Hany's. It's as if people with backgrounds as professional dancers have nowhere near the massage expertise of people with backgrounds in just massage.
5) Blind service.
Something I really like that Hany's and Ada Rose have done, but Langtrees and Esquire couldn't handle when I've asked, is blind service. By blind service, I mean service by whichever randomly (such as Rock/paper/scissors) chosen lady wants me, with health check possibly done by somebody else, and me not seeing lady or knowing who she is until during sex at least 40 minutes into a 1 hour booking. This works for me because I'm a lazy starfish happy to do no more than flip, with lady (or ladies) on top, and because surprises really work for me. It would be good if Langtrees could handle this.
6) Frequent flyer (depending on bondage) or layer points/discounts.
I'm a regular user of sex workers and can afford $500 - $1,000 per month, so the biggest constraint for me is pricing. I would definitely use Langtrees more often if every 10th hour was only $250. In other industries, it's a bargain if successful advertising is as cheap as 5% of revenue.
* If I use the economics jargon "cross-elasticity of demand", could I be creatively restrained during extended edging?
** Please reply if any Perth lady has a double-pierced split tongue. I'd fuck my budget for her services. Thankyou.
