I know its an entertainment show But did anyone see Top gear when two of them road bikes in London on the roads proper And even there These two car nuts were surprised how courteous drivers were to them. If they showed courtesy and common sense while riding the bikes
Both sides need to pull there heads in at times

I am a Top Gear nut...ya I saw that episode. Boy traffic is really terrible in London but surprise to see courteous drivers aplenty. The scay ones are the Bus drivers, lol...total disregard for Jeremy and James. Definitely common sense and courtesy works both ways.

I've been really cautious of them bike riders in recent years, as I get older and a tad wiser.

Yes homer your right You have to keep an eye out for cyclists
Seen how much it costs to get the paint job repaired , where their helmets scratch it Let alone panel beating on the bonnet

In Victoria, where I believe this incident occurred 'dooring' as it is known is an offence and the cab passenger may face prosecution once he can be identified. That said, I think the attitude of both parties was a little off, though my sympathy lies with the rider who had obviously been shaken up by the accident. The cab passengers were just obnoxious.
