The false information is the most frustrating part, I ask every client that messages me where they found my ad, that way if they say a site I don't pay to advertise on I will direct them to an actual ad I've done & ask them to familiarise themselves with it and let me know.

Real babes is legitimate but definitely one of the cheaper ones to advertise on however they did request a verification photo before approving my ad.
Naughty ads I don't seem to have a ad on there so I assume legit but can't be sure.
