And I thought NSW Gestapo were the worst. They have a documentary called Blue Murder about the Dodger Rogerson era, for God's sake. I guess all cops around the nation are cut from the same fabric.

Personally I have had bad experiences with WAPOL. I was the victim of false allegations and took two years to clear my name. The cops had seized some of my property in the course of investigation but even after my acquittal they have yet to return them.

According to what has just been posted on The West Australian's FB page it was a sudden death of a man in the car park on Pier St nearby. Unable to provide any further details as the full story only available to online subscribers of The West.

Police were called to the grim scene outside International 300 in the early hours of Monday morning, about 6.15am, after paramedics alerted them to a “collapsed person.”

Upon arrival officers found the man dead in a car park along Pier Street, near Parry Street.

A police spokeswoman said “inquiries are underway” in relation to the man’s death.

Dozens of police and detectives are at the crime scene, with police tape condoning off a large section of the street.

Officers have gone door to door to speak to residents in the area and hunt for evidence that might aid the investigation.

Anyone with any information relating to the incident, or who was in the area or has dash-cam vision taken between 6am and 6.30am, is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or online at www.crimestopperswa.com.

I'm not surprised at all, there are so many characters wandering that area at all hours. Across from the northern of the 2 brothels is a gym that's frequented by a large proportion of men with lots of face tattoos. There's a tense vibe to that street, you'd think the brothels would relieve some of it, but no.

Yes 💯 working girls need to look out for each other, there so many putting at risk and at the end of the day it doesn't matter weather u working at a brothel agency independent or private we all hv a responsibility to ensure our work is not unsafe for others there are so many place down my way that ain't even licenced and I just looked up on the price of licensing its huge... it's so sad to hear established brothel been running in wa since the 70s hv had to close there doors

The bullshit I get as a independent it worries me of the safety of other girls who are not working in a liscened log operating brothel in wa

At the end of the day we own the industry with the risk to b rape and murder, witch could happen to any women just walking home. We all need to put our safety above anything in WA sad to say this industry is far from safe
