Imperial or Metric?

I was reading comments on a post about petite ladies and it occurred to me that almost every measurement I use in life is metric. Except bodies and body parts. Why do we refer to a petite lady as 5 foot tall not 152cm. Why do we say (if of course it's the truth) I've got a 9 inch cock, why not 23cm? And breasts....... 40DD etc. Is it just me or are bodies best explained and understood in inches?

Love the art! I just can't seem to visualise what 152cm tall looks like. 5 foot is so much easier.
