If you owned an AMP

Sludgie,

As we have discussed before.....and at a tangent to your question, the thing I would do different is sell the place and lose the stress.

It all looks so simple from a punter perspective, but the issues managing the girls clan where they pretty much rule the roost, moving on in a blink to the next hot shop, grabbing clients mobile numbers and seeing them privately, and being loyal until any good option arrives, will drive you mad.

The AMP business model is very heavily weighed in favour of the girls, as mentioned the $25 for 1 hr etc is the problem as the girls win by doling extra services.

I done some research and for a $70 job girl gets $25, so it's like the retainer for sales staff, so these girls heavily depending on extras and economic pressure may have just pushing them for secret FS
When you think about it, that's not much for the shop unless the working girls own it, or are in partnership. Most shops have two or three rooms so that equates to $90 to $135 per hour assuming the rooms are fully booked each day and no down time between bookings for cleaning or freshening up. When you take into account the overheads of operating a shop it doesn't leave much profit.

Two milk crates with a roughy plank across would do for me as long as it’s a full room with an actual door.

heating/cooling would be nice a cute girl but most importantly a clock that runs at 1/2 speed

bwahahahahaha, I think it would be interesting to know what happens behind the scene Phoebe. I'm guessing a bit of punter talk, checking out their phones, watching tv, I dunno just daydreaming......

I can tell you the truth, the honest truth. I know a few escorts in Europe that work in a massive place, and ALL of them DONT want to be there, and ALL of them are there for $$$$$ they dont give one flying cluck about clients. As soon as you cum, shower and leave they forget about you... NEXT dick to suck and fuck... they are at work, ITS a job to them ...

As others have mentioned, I'd go with the proper receptionist, legit appearance and ideally have it situated somewhere with not a lot of foot traffic outside (for the discerning punter).

Another thing is I'd get rid of the surcharge on card transactions and (might be a bit cheeky) see if I could get a HICAPS deal going for the "remedial massage" offers haha. After all, we get fucked by private health, may as well enjoy it!

That's all the game is about... Madams role is to sell the parlor = Short stay hotel... Girls job to sell herself for her cut of the hourly rate.... Simple business model. and men walk in thinking they are Jesse James .....

As a hypothetical question, if you were the owner of a massage parlour what would you do differently from a punter's point of view. This is considering that most are a copy of each other.
To start I would like a proper receptionist.
That's a good question. Hiring a receptionist will only add 50K to their yearly operating costs and would push the price of the massage up. I'd suggest customer service training. Making sure all the customer touch points, before, during and after the massage, are positive, warm and friendly.

After working at many shops, I would want to make sure there is enough space in the room, showers/toilets, enclosed rooms
each with their own aircond..
If I had enough money, yes a full time receptionist.
I have installed emergency buttons in the rooms, cctv cameras with remote screens in each room, supplied pepper spray to workers.
Anything legally to protect the workers is a must!
I'm surprised to read that. Do you find the girls are at risk? Have you had aggressive customers who threaten them??? What experiences have they had?

couldn't agree more

Yes aggressive customers from time to time. One lady I know well was grabbed roughly on the arm by a client last week and he demanded his money back for the massage he wanted (she refused to provide cheap extras). She was alone at the shop at the time. She has also had drugged up customers try and force her to take pills and ‘party’.

Very good initiative and heaps of fun.
More realistically also would like showers in the rooms, more space, change all sheets and insulated walls

a mate claims that his regular WL texted and told him to call in for a free 30 min massage and hj due to his loyalty to the AMP. He wouldn't say which AMP but he lives in Midland so I'm thinking probably in that area. I haven't had a freebie so am I missing out mmmmmmmmmmmm,

You really need to work as a ML as well as own an AMP to make good money. I friend of mine use to run one, If she didn't work it she would only make about $600 a week as apposed to $3000 a week working.

ok big difference and the WL doesn't have to worry about the overheads. I would have thought AMP etc were gold mines.

I'll invest in something else then......damn. I could have seen myself running an AMP.
