I always have a little fun with my health checks. I ask the client have you been here before? If they say no I ask if they have been to a place similar. If it a yes I will ask if the lady performed a health check, most will say yes but on the odd occasion they say no. I understand some ladies are a bit more discreet about a health check (I however am direct). I explain the process the exact same way "so I need to perform a health check, I would love to say it is for both our safety but it is mostly for mine. I'm just going to have a quick look at your downstairs. I'm just looking for any lumps, bumps, bruises, blood- anything that could possibly signify an STI. Don't freak out if I find anything because I am not a qualified doctor. I have never had a client say anything about nerves or awkwardness at the end of the booking hehe.

Sometimes I will make a joke with the health check like grab one ball then the other and say "1,2 now cough" or if they have had a health check before (never with new clients) I say "I'll grab the gloves now if you can just bend over and touch your ankles for me"

Regulars of mine will be checked discreetly, after they have showered, even if I have only seen them a few days before.

I am very direct and honest. I have only ever had to cancel a booking once because a client would not allow me to perform a health check. so it can't be that bad surely lol

WELL i have seen loTs of W/L's and it didn't happen for a long time to me anyhow, it use to always be the done thing when condoms weren't used yrs ago, so they were real good checks, bright mirror on your cock, pulled up the shaft as hard as they could and so on, didn't ever bother me, back then the girls had to make sure of no condoms, so it certainly wouldn't bother me today..
