Breath Play is amazing when done right.

I would never attempt it with someone who I didn't have 110% trust with and you would need safety measures in place.

If the session is a particularly hardcore one and the play is to the point of making the other person lose consciousness then I wouldn't be doing it with someone who didn't have at least a basic first aid training.....

I agree, it is awesome, but the trust factor is extremely important. It could so easily go wrong. But must admit that when I have played this way the orgasms are phenomenal. I would never go to the point where you would lose consciousness though, that's just a little to far for my own personal liking.
