I tried to book Fiona a couple of weeks ago she was busy at the time, offered Selina as a alternative at Redcliffe but a hour later. Wasn't suitable for me so I declined. Hence I wasn't given the address which is totally understandable. Address is given to bookings made.
 
That's true Jebradio but if you booked a session at 2, and started at 2:10. Written time and booked time are totally different. The organiser will go off their time sheet, of you starting at 2 and setting up the next booking for 3pm. Where as in shop the girl's start time is 2:10 like you said when you enter the room. But when 3pm comes the next person arrives, and is left waiting 5-10mins, depending if you finish on time, earlier/later. And why you sometimes hear 10mins before your time ends, the girl is already called out because another person is now waiting.

This is why bookings are hardly accurate, can you imagine calling up every person 15mins before their appointment just to say it's delayed? And in a busy shop there is little time between bookings, as they aren't getting paid to sit on their butts. It's a tough ship to run busy that it's good, but a major headache i bet for the boss in charge.
