I had the same.experience the other Saturday. Yes they were busy however they accepted the booking. Kept me waiting 3o minutes and then swapped out. I have a feeling success is starting to impact their service standards. Not sure I'd return now

Our sincere apologies, we have discussed with Neveah, who is extremely popular and we did not realise that she was getting a number of bookings direct on her phone, and we therefore inadvertently occasionally double booked her ,as we were receiving booking requests to the shop mobile, hence she did try to divert a small number of customers to Ella, who is also a lovely, petite young girl and gives great service. We have put in place some extra shop procedures to prevent this happening again.
We do hope you will accept this apology and give our shop another chance.Thank you for your understanding.
