Yes, it it. But from my experience, despite it being a better angle, many cannot keep it up for long and get tired/cramps.

Nothing wrong with men driving. We've still got hips, particularly if we're too short for our weight. Even better, if she's taller than you then she can hold your head still with her feet while cowgirling you.
BUT, I suspect this needs female expertise.

Women are generally not interested in men shorter than them though. WLs exempted as they are more interested in the $$$!
