Ahoy, unfortunately Yes the industry is certainly dominated by "looks and age"
but as a seasoned Punter, I never go by "looks and age" I use my instincts and go by "quality of service" and "personality" of the W/L

I've previously given my views on the importance of age so won't repeat it here. As for looks, physical attraction is of course important, but that does not mean a WL needs to resemble a model or starlet. I've been with a number of women who might be described as 'plain' in the conventional sense but who have had a great attitude, usually accompanied with a smashing smile and cheeky sense of humour. WLs such as these are always more fun than girls who do look like models but whose barely concealed disdain for their clients is a major turn-off.
