When you mouse over the headings of the sub-forums listed on this site you get a helpful description of the purpose the particular sub-forum. But there is something weird about the description of this 'Laws in Australia' sub-forum. It opens with a shortened version of this quote lifted from the Victorian Attorney-General's Street Prostitution Advisory Group final report 2002 (page 4):
"The Advisory Group seeks to use law enforcement strategies to manage and, where possible, reduce street sex work in the City [of Port Phillip to the greatest extent possible, while providing support and protection for residents, traders and workers]."
The words in brackets don't appear in the mouse-over. I'm not sure how anyone will get the reference to the 'Advisory Group' (unless they are a smarty-pants like me), or if this is an accurate description of this sub-forum.
