Thank you :) I am spending time working on the way I advocate because if people miss out on seeing the beautiful and fun side of veganism, I don't feel like I'm doing justice for the animals :(

I enjoy shopping in the Asian supermarkets. Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables at reasonable prices along with some exotic varieties I like to try.

Dakota you came to mind yesterday while I was shopping as there was plenty of vegan alternatives in store. Lots of ingredients, spices etc.​

Id never put someone down for not being vegan but I am all for direct activism. If it weren’t for direct activism we wouldn’t see social change.
 
I’m trying to stick to a whole food diet at the moment so I’m just having fruit nuts and some whole food balls. ;) anyone want a ball? ;);) come into langtrees and visit me during the day times.
