I know some listed have not been in the shop for months and months.

Sadly they do it to attract customers and once you there..she is not available atm.

Exactly, and it has grated with me for a long time.
And is what is now being discussed on the Hany's thread.
The bosses still keep in contact with girls and can truthfully say "we're getting so many requests for you, so you must come back". Of course they will get requests if you leave the photos there forever.
