I strongly recommend you don't let them walk on your back. You'll need to see a chiropracotor afterwards due to mis-adjustments of your spine.
Yeah I agree with this. Happened to me once at a legit massage place with no extras. She was on my back for about 15 seconds before I told her to stop but it caused like a week of pain for me.

If you're a big guy or have a strong back it might be ok though, but still not worth the risk in my opinion

I know this post is boring and I'm not out to contradict you. But I'm a big guy but not huge, with a strong back from lots of deadlift and my back's been stiff since my back got walked on 6+ months ago. Your spine is sort of fragile and the muscles are relaxed when the walking is done so strength isn't really a factor. I was told by a physio not to let anybody that isn't a chiropractor adjust one's lower back.

You don't have to be worried about contradicting me.

I don't have a lot of knowledge on it but you have a bit of experience with it so I believe you.

Chiropractor would say that to because he wants your money also ??

My Neurosurgeon told me that the spine isn’t designed to be manipulated, so it all comes down to who you want to talk to.
