been to a few places that have been less than pleasant but this place takes dive to a whole deeper level. I have a vision loss and the dark entrance with 3 steps down wasn't a great start. I told the owner I couldn't see properly and she lead me to a dark room I used a card to pay and was charged 160 for a one hour massage, remember I'm partially blind she said 70$. Then had the worst massage ever, no extras thanks and stumbled my way out. The lady matched the service, unpleasant, very short and overpriced. I thought the days of ripping off the disabled were over

That is a rather serious issue in many parts from what you've said, and only difficulty may be you not being in the situation/circumstance to take it further.
Could not find an Ad, but if Ad says $70 that's what it should be.

But it would be damn hard to prove what was provided. They do have $150 per hour item in their ad.

But no $160s, and even so, if the lady says it is $70 for massage and here's my card to pay, and that's all that was provided, then everyone would expect only $70 to be charged.
