Can I interject and ask where all the seafood is? I dont eat steak - yuk but I do like a lovely salmon steak!! C'mon H2 not everyone wants it red!! Oh and BTW Ill have SSB thank. My steaks just like Phoebe's need to be lightly seared ( no not a steer H2 ) seared, for just a few seconds each side if your cooking? Oysters too did you mention H2?? I have a very good friend who is very major in oyster shucking - please invite him!! His oysters are to die for!!

I don't care what happens... and who with, but leave your farm animals at home, and that little cattle prod too... other than that, when you finished cooking turn the gas off. enjoy a sausage or two, and maybe if clam is more up your alley then well enjoy that also....
