Has anyone been here before and know any leads for here. Locanto is unreliable. I've been there a few times before but not since about 2018. Got a few months there this time so I sure I will find something.

Not yet. I've only really been to Bacolod. Manila is to crowed. Depends what your going there for. Bacolod isn't very touristy. Better to try Palawan or Borocay or Cebu.
 
Borocay would definitely be on the list, and cebu. But i have heard that Cebu can be quiet mid week and only comes alive on the weekend. Palawan I haven't really looked into but seems more family orientated.
 
Goldenfields and all areas nearby are not the same since pandemic. When I was passing thru for 2 nights in 2024, I went into a smaller bar near opening time, chatted with manager, he saw I was alone and asked if I wanted to meet a girl. I said yes and within 15 minutes, 2 arrived by Grab. I paid for their fare (150 pesos) and some drinks (800 over 2 hrs)) then took one back to my hotel (3000). Gave her breakfast and hooked up with her again the next night with dinner (650) and offered 2000. She was overjoyed she never asked for only the second time. Best company I had for what was going to be a boring business trip.
