For me the question is a bit vague, and I not sure what arrangement you are looking for?

I would guess that normally people like to keep things as a business arrangement, so lines are not crossed and each person knows what is expected and accepted.
But hey at the end of the day we are just people.
If you ask anyone anything in a way that is disrespecting or force full, then most would be offended at the least.
Ask politely, you have the chance of Yes, I would like too or Thanks but no Thanks.

For me personally if I have seen a girl on a few occasions, and we have got to know each other a little.
Then I would see no harm, if it is done politely.
It is totally up to the girl, what she does in her own time and it is up to her and myself to sort out the details out of what is expected.

Maybe you get on really well and it could be just a friends going out arrangement?
Maybe she has some expectation of "reward" for her time?
Maybe you just want someone to join you for dinner and want to pay her for her time??

If she happens to say yes, then I would enjoy the night and keep the details of your arrangement between yourselves!
Last thing she probably needs is a line of horny blokes, next time she turns up for work all expecting to get her out on a "date".
If she says No, then respect her decision just like you would any other person and move on.

There are normally ladies that are happy to join you for a dinner date or any other social engagement you may have, I am no expert but I have found this service probably more from a FS or Private Escort type arrangement - But very slim pickings at the moment!
Maybe even something Sugar Daddies, you could certainly find someone to take your money and do really do nothing for it other than eat and drink.

I am not aware of any of the Massage places hiring their girls out, but that doesn't mean it is not happening?

From similar experience, I have asked a lady out from this kind of establishment years ago and she later opened her own (I wont name). We have seen each other on many occasions and developed a special relationship. One day we started mutually started going out on dinner dates which seemed harmless. Eventually lines started to get blurry when you cannot really judge between fantasy and reality. I would have preferred the relationship to be simple and would not lead to something else. We have parted ways as we both have moved on.

I can't speak for everyone, but I wouldn't go there... partly because I'm already partnered, also I believe some of them have bf or could be married. On a few occasions bumped into a couple of them by chance on the street... saw them with their bf/husband.
However not my point to discourage anyone here... as we always say, it all depends on chemistry and luck!

Would that not be just like anyone else that you may have an interest in getting to know and would like to ask out?
If they have a BF, GF, partner or just simply doesnt't want to, then they say Thanks but No
If that was a valid reason not to ask someone out, then no one could/would ask anyone out?
