Do women have a desire to have sex after going through menopause? Or would they mostly only have sex after menopause for personal gain such as monetary gain?
It depends on the women I feel.
I'm age 53, post menopause and still am a nympho. I enjoy sex, get very aroused and wet. When my partner and I are together we have sex on approx 4 times a day. I wear him out and he tells me enough.
I chose clean eating and herbal supplements over HRT. The occasional vagina dryness but not often and mood swings. Night sweats have been my biggest symptom.
I will acknowledge that a large portion of my clients have spoken of the negative impact menopause has had on their relationships.
Yep, plenty of women still want sex after menopause. Hormonal changes can affect libido, but many continue to enjoy it for pleasure, connection, and just because they want to. It’s not just about personal gain; desire doesn’t just disappear with age

Sadly my own experience and that of many of my male friends is that sex goes to the bottom of the list during and post menopause. HRT seems to alleviate some of the symptoms but ultimately desire disappears. It's ironic that at an age when a woman's life becomes more carefree, menopause eliminates the lust and desire for sex. Intimacy and caring is still there and shared but not like it was.
Depends on the individual womans sex drive I suppose. You might like to try traditional chinese medicine miss monique for menopausal symptoms. But I suggest using a female chinese medicine practitioner as acupuncture is a bit invasive. Night sweats in chinese medicine is problem with the kidneys as far as I know. Oh and private health doesn't cover the herbals treatment you may get through chinese medicine practitioner as far as I know nor does all of the other treatment costs get fully covered by private health. So for example acupuncture may be $90 a session and my private health covers $40 of it but covers none of the herbals I get through the chinese medicine practitioner. Other treatments such as scraping may not be covered by private health at all.
If I'm not mistaken, apparently Kamagra illegal in Australia as not approved by therapeutic goods administration. Although Viagra which is apparently same ingredient as Kamagra is legal in Australia with a script.
