I kind of agree to a certain point, when you purchase a high end car then most of the time it screams quality, there is a difference in the way the are engineered and built so there is somewhat of a justification between the price of a cheap model car and the price of the tops end models.

But the cars and other high end quality toys I have had over the years have never develop any "princess" attitudes, and demanded to be only driven on high end roads, taken to only the best high end petrol stations or refused to do something because it will mess up the paint work 😂

Market forces are the punters willing to part with that much money because they thinking that they are getting a superior, more exclusive ride that hasn't already been around the block 2 dozen times that day! They pay $300+++ just to have someone join them for dinner, concert or whatever
Of course for anyone doing the selling, when you have people just throwing money at you, then the extra money becomes the new "standard" and so on.

And unless these ladies asking the big dollars are from a different planet, then they are exactly the same model as everyone else here, granted there can be some big difference in the way some are maintained and year of manufacturing.

For me personally, I just found that things with a high prices, doesn't guarantee them as high quality.
I have tried the $400 - $500 punts in the past and a few were good, some were bad, most were the same as cheaper punts? Unfortunately for a normal Joe, spending $500 and having 1 bad punt hurts a lot more than having 1 bad and a couple of good punts elsewhere for the same kind of money.
The truly memorial punts I have had, well they been in the average $200 - $250 were we have both just clicked
