This Thu 6 March is the 1st match of the Opening Round or Round 0 of the AFL season.
So glad the footy is back. Any tips - Top 8, bottom team, brownlow favourite (I look forward to the women in the Gown Low event, where they display their assets lol. I still remember Rebecca Judd in that red outfit. Plus Elizabeth Hurley in that black versace dress held by gold safety pin not afl but another gownlow event).

Not a great start for either WA team. Eagles 2nd last after 87 pts flogging at home, Dockers 78 pt flogging at Geelong (if it wasn't for young Murphy Reid 4 goals it would have been 102 pt margin).

She was a model Charlotte Ennels now married with 2 children so Charlotte Viney.
Btw I like this dress worn by her.

She has a body like one of the Langtrees ladies actually looking at her she looks like that said lady.

Premiership curse?

2018 West Coast Eagles won. Then slide down ladders, fans not happy. Coach no longer there.

2019 & 2020 Richmond won. Then repeat above. Coach no longer there.

2021 Melbourne won. Club has internal turmoil. CEO, President out. Smith gets drug ban, Jackson joins Freo, Grundy & Jordon joins Sydney, Harmes joins Bulldogs, Neal-Bullen joins Adel, Petracca & Oliver did think about trade out, Pickett is homesick for Perth.
They just got thrashed by North Melb now. North Melb has struggled in past and been near bottom of ladder.
Will the Melbourne coach now feel the heat?

Seems like poor old WA is in the sporting dumps at the moment … cricket team had a poor season in all formats, Perth Glory, enough said, WCE and Dockers respectively last and second last on the AFL ladder and this morning wake up to the news Cotton has left the Wildcats. Geez…

I heard that Cotton is currently playing in Puerto Rico and has been linked to a move to Japan, where his former Wildcats coach Trevor Gleeson is in charge of the Chiba Jets.
Theres talk that Pinder might leave Perth Wildcats too.

Yep that’s my understanding as well although I’m pretty certain Pinder has made it clear he is not coming back to the Wildcats.

Anyway the derby is on this Sun, Eagles vs Dockers. Barring a draw one WA team should have a win. My money is on Freo.
