Hope your rehabilitation is going to plan Snowy.

I am interested to know that when you are able to get back in the saddle again, who would you choose and why?
Going slowly, building up the walking slowly, I'm still getting most of my sleep in the lounge chair although I can get a couple of hours in my bed before it gets uncomfortable, my breathing is also improving a little.
As to which lady to see first I guess it would be one of my regulars, someone that wouldn't be turned off by the scars on my chest , so maybe one of the TBC ladies or Amy at TR, just thinking of getting a nice massage maybe soon, but I can't lie on chest so it will be a little difficult, probably a room with a couch, no extra's for the time being although the other head is ready to go but I'm not listening to him for the time being.

On Thursday I had the urge for a nice soft massage due to the pain that my back was in, so I headed to Hulme Court in Myaree, on arrival I rang TR for Amy but she was busy for another 20 mins or so, also TBC was busy for another 35 mins, so considering that I was already there I decided to wait for Amy.
I'm glad I did wait because Amy did manage to massage most of my pain away, she did look a bit surprised at my scars but was okay with them after having a good look, to get in a comfortable position was a little awkward but it was worth it, her soft massage is quite a bit sensual but I managed to keep it to a massage only, & Amy was very accepting that I couldn't do any extra's at the moment.

Hello fellow punters, what a difference a month makes, had a few tests done everything is going good, my breathing is a lot better.
I'm now walking for 17 minutes 3 times a day, legs are feeling stronger, back is good most of the time, gardening for long periods sets it off a bit, I have suggested to my house mate that I should give gardening & leave it to her, haha, I can't repeat what she said.
Had an appointment with my Surgeon on Friday just gone, he's happy with my progress except for my blood pressure being so high, so he put me on a Beta Blocker tablets to get it down.
I asked him when I could go back to work, surprisingly he said that as long as I don't do any lifting that I could go back now. I was a bit surprised with him saying that as the Operation was only 8 weeks ago & I know that I'm not fit enough yet & every other Medical person that I have seen has said that it would be at least 3 month's, I asked for medical certificates for Centrelink & for work, but was told that Surgeons don't do that, & I had to make an appointment to see a GP for the certificates, also for my blood pressure to be checked.
Yesterday I saw my GP no problem getting the MC for Centrelink, but the Doctor would not clear me to go back to work saying that I was not ready yet, she said that I was recovering well at this stage but more boxes needed to be ticked, blood pressure checked which was still high so she put me on a higher dose of the new tablet.
So slowly slowly as the saying goes, all the best to everyone & happy punting.

I got my 1st COVID shot yesterday - felt alright during the day then bedtime I got a dose of the chills, thought I slept alright but woke up this morning feeling really fatigued and then had a dizzy spell/nausea this afternoon. According to the info sheet from the clinic, this is normal!!!!

Had my 1st shot 3 weeks ago, woke up the next day with Flu like symptons, slight head ache with aching muscles but that only lasted for 1 day then back to normal.

If it was saline no one would be getting those relatively frequent flue-like reactions to it like they do,or the once in a blue moon blood clots. So that theory doesn't make sense.
