Your Crystal balls must need a clean mate because I had an appointment at the Endocronogist, easier to say Diabetis Clinic, actually no Spinal Specialist at Fiona Stanley, also I never let an AMP lady touch my spine, except for when she slides her breasts over my back when giving me a body slide, so clean your balls.

Sorry mate I didn't read your post properly, I didn't have spinal surgery, my back injury took close to 4 months to come good, I was on pain medication & rest for it to come good on it's own, then a spinal specialist gave me the all clear to go back on the surgical list, I then had open heart surgery to replace the left ventrical valve in my heart, all good now.

I’ve had the masseuse use knees on the back. Increases the pressure on the very tight muscles, really worked away any knots , but not so good if you have spinal problems.
In Aussie rules, a knee in the back is also legitimate if your going for a “ride” to take a mark.
