Finally came in tonight and saw Lillian for 2 hours. Glad I did. I'll describe the process here from my own point of view, for those thinking about coming in.
You walk right in to be met by a reception desk which leads to a sort of lounge. The receptionists were very friendly and welcoming, asking if I'd been before and whatnot. You decide what booking to make, say- for an hour or so, pay right away and then you're allowed to sit in the lounge and talk to the girls for up to an hour. If you decide to leave then you get your money back.
I've forgotten the names of the ladies I spoke to, as I have a terrible memory. (Apologies.) So anyway, I was taken to a table and sat down with three girls. It was early in the night- around 9pm or so I believe, so things were kinda slow. I'm awkward socially, so sitting and talking to three strange women didn't come naturally to me, but they were all very good at making me feel at ease.
It did feel awkward at first, sitting there and waiting to announce who you were selecting. You can't help but feel like it's somehow insulting to the others, but I guess that's the nature of the business. I selected Lillian Tan, based on some things I've seen spoken about her on this forum.
So Lilian took me to a room. She performed a health check, which is basically just making sure your genitals aren't pustulating ooze and whatnot. Next you take a shower and then things begin. The room was very pleasant with a comfy bed, mood lighting and music playing for mood. Good atmosphere, which I feel is important.
I have body issues which means I often struggle with sex and sexuality, which is one reason I see W/L's. Regardless of this, Lilian gave me an amazing service. She was a true professional and more than lived up to her reputation on the forum.
After the service, I was asked if I needed a cab (as I don't drive) and when I told them how far North I was going they offered me a driver instead- how good is that for service? I paid for the driver of course, but it beats having to call a cab, wait around and also know that they know where you've been.
So yeah, all in all the place seems really good to me and I'm pretty awkward socially. The place was clean and well run and the girls all looked amazing. If you've been thinking about it, like me, then by all means take the plunge and head in.
