Just curious. Must be hard to do when working shifts and sleeping lots. Must require lots of discipline to undertake an exercise regime then. Having done shift work before when there were some quiet times we'd order pizza in until we all noticed it was becoming an unhealthy habit.

Exercise helps a lot, when you need to maintain higher levels of energy, sleep is better too..Even walking in the sun for 20 mins every day makes me feel better
