So I thought the girls could do with something different for a change so tonight I'm making them a cob loaf..... Because who doesn't love a cob loaf.

I'm not really the weigh or measure kind of girl I'm more of a chuck it all in there lol

Bacon
Onion
Cream Chesse
Sour Cream
Cream
Cheese
Cob loaf
French stick

Fry bacon and onion until browned / soft
Mix all creams and cheese together add bacon and onion
Cut top of cob loaf scoop out inside and keep
Pour mix into cob loaf pop the lid back on
Wrap in foil
Bake 180C for around 30mins
Put in torn up cob insides and sliced french stick in the last 10 mins
Serve and enjoy
