If cheese and sauce count as requirements, not toppings, then maybe bacon and olives. That's a good enough pizza for me.

Anybody miss the old Pinto's Pizza in Leederville?

Who remembers the free apple crumble pizza with every two large pizzas ordered at pizza hut......were talking early-mid 90's here....yummm
