Sex workers' life is sometimes easy and on most occasions. Newbies have a lot to learn and know! Apart from satisfying customers, the girls should also keep their hygiene and health on the priority list always.
here's what I as a lady think is important to maintain hygiene -
1. A shower in the morning is all you need for general bodily hygiene.
2. Excessive cleanness can even be harmful: If, after every customer, you take a shower using soap or shower gel, your skin may loose its protective acid layer.
3. It is best to use only cold or lukewarm water for washing the genital area.
4. Vaginal douches, disinfecting lotions and sprays for the genital area and wet wipes should not be used as they can damage the sensitive balance of your natural vaginal flora and make the vagina more vulnerable to infections. To maintain this balance you can occasionally use lactic acid capsules (available without a prescription at the chemist‘s) or yogurt containing lactobacillus bacteria in the vagina.
5. The fewer drugs the better.
6. As a sex worker you are at a particularly high risk of catching hepatitis. Therefore, you need to get yourself vaccinated against hepatitis A and B (unfortunately there is no vaccine for hepatitis C). The vaccination usually protects you for ten years.
