some give an 'approximation'
some WLs do not even write their own advert.
as for a 45 year old, who knows.
anything from 19 upwards, 23 was always a popular age in the past.:)
 
Well age doesn't just affect superficial looks. It affects tightness of skin and flesh (if you like nice resilient bottoms), personality, physical flexibility, confidence, ability to discuss certain topics, lots of things.
Also, some guys hanker for their lost youth, so there is the psychological affect of bedding a young woman. Biologically, women's fertility declines quite rapidly in their mid-thirties, so at some evolutionary level men may be programmed to have a bias slightly in favour of sex with women younger than that.
Anyway, some men prefer blondes, some prefer tall women, some prefer those with an accent, why shouldn't they be allowed to prefer women under 30 if they want to? To suggest it makes no difference strikes me as naive.

You are missing the point. (Quelle surprise.) The question is not "can you tell from a photo how old someone is?" If you could do that there would be no point in a woman lying about the age she is in her photos.
The point is rather whether age makes a difference that can't be detected in photos, but that a client would be concerned about.
