What makes a good AMP?

I have my favourite AMP punts but what r yours?
Mine - Above average looking girls, clean shop, some knowledge of English language!, hot towels (before & after) if no shower available and non pushy on extras.

Everything packaged and priced up front rather than try your luck with extras after it all starts. The whole AMP team should agree on what is in and what is out so that the customers aren't trying to pick out the right person, but are free to request someone again on a repeat visit. Also the place has gotta be clean and tidy and safe, with some privacy from arrival to departure. Soundproof walls good too.
