You're right. There are two types of men in this world:
1. Those who stand their ground for what they believe in (these are the ones deemed hard work and have been hardened by their experiences)
2. Those who are swayed like seaweed by water (these are the easy ones)

In general people want honesty, openness, kindness, and reliability. Also, that people listen.

They all really good qualities no matter what relationship and definitely appreciated by women.

As a WL I really like reliability and kindness, it goes a long way with me.

And then in a long term relationship they are all key to having a healthy happy relationship.

I think it does but in different ways. Do you enjoy making her feel supported and respected with great communication and fun? From my experience women need those qualities to express their love in return but it can be manifested in different ways. Sometimes ways we don't pick up on.

I agree and different ways keeps it interesting. Keeps us on our toes to make sure we do pick up on it.
