What did you do on your last vacation?

I like to alternate between holidays of fun and adventure, or just going somewhere to relax and do nothing.

Last February I visited Tromsø in Norway, 300km north of the arctic circle. Stayed in a traditional Lavvu hut overnight in the wilderness, sleeping on reindeer skin. On the same trip I ate whale! Not a whole one, mind you.

I went to Europe for my bday a few months ago, partied really hard in Croatia and Greece but then chilled out in Morocco which lead to sandstorm camel rides in the Sahara, drinking with Berbers and smoking shisha under the stars in gorges and hiking in mountains

I went to Koh Samui in Thailand in July, I love it there. They have the most amazing beaches!
Then I’m off to Kuala Lumpur in feb for a sister trip but I think I need a sneaky Bali weekend in between

aust to new Zealand to Thai to aust.
A lot of hard work with out any crew

Well I went to Iceland for a week then as my usual vacation 5 weeks in Paris in my apartment I rent every year...but the year prior I did a hurtigruten cruise up the coast of Norway for 12 nights...all the way from bergen to the arctic circle and the border of Russia and saw the northern lights 5 of the 12 nights....as far as Sex none for me but my daughter was having it off with a Norwegian football star if that helps!!!

Off to Phuket again for me next year. Fifteen days of relaxation, scrumptious Thai food, Chang beer happy hours all inter spaced with some island tours, photography walkarounds and a bit of shopping.

Hopefully with the same very pleasant interlude at the hotel I had this year

I did the same but from Perth via Quobba , Mt Augustus karajini, Broome , Gibb river rd, bungle bungles ,Darwin and thern home via great central road
10 weeks of awesomeness
