I’d put Health at the top of the list because all else is worthless without the health to enjoy.

Guy gets 3 wishes from a genie. Genie warns him that his worst enemy would receive double what he got. Guy agrees.
1st wish - he wished for a billion dollars. Genie says granted but your worst enemy now has 2 billion dollars.
2nd wish - guy gets ph, contact etc of 12 hot girls at his sexual desire. Genie says granted but your enemy now has 24 hot girls etc.
3rd wish - guy has a grin, pauses.
Then tells genie,
Make one of my testicles disappear.
