As 2015 draws to a close its often a time to reflect on the old year and make plans for the New Year, most of which never see the light of day LOL.
In this Industry you have the opportunity to do so much if you plan carefully and set goals and rewards along the way.
This is the highest paid Industry to work in so if you have chosen this pathway, make it work for you.
Set yourself up, don't waste money on unnecessary things, however you do need to reward yourself as you go when you have achieved a goal, that might be a simple as a pedicure, manicure, massage etc or it might be a long weekend at a 5 star resort, the choice is yours!
I would love to hear what your plans and goals are and to keep in touch with you during the year to support or keep you on track for your 2016 plans.

Don't spend more than I earn, stay healthy, stay wise..... have some fun between Jan and December and see how that goes... :)

Save save save not spend spend spend . Also, stay healthy, ignore pessimistic people, and associate with optimists. Don't get stressed and be happy all the time. I think that's it!

I am hoping to gain some education in the field of social work this year. I would also like to quit smoking and start working on being as healthy as possible.
I want to stay in the industry in 2016 so I am hoping to learn as much as I possible in the hopes of becoming a better working lady for my clients.

A pedicure and manicure arent a reward for me. In fact i consider a pedicure absoloute torture.. I dont have ticklish feet until they use that little scrubby thing on them :p Plus these are almost neccassary in this industry :p

I plan to finally finish saving for a house deposit anyway. Wish me luck. I will need it ;)

Omg where do i start ? okoy well im focased like a mo fo this year and im smashing it ! first on the list was almost 10g worth of bills and spoiling ppl, then next is my h3 black hummer just ticked that off the list and picking up on monday wooo ! yayyy .. then ill move onto the house deposit, online business, then wouldnt mind having a few cosmetic procedures done ..again haha, already had 2 boob jobs .. want them bigger iv got boob greed!! .. im working towards a bikini body comp i want to enter in 15 weeks, and apart from that just maintaining my beauty and health.. staying focased and positive and happy, spreading my happiness like crae !

I am back!!!
My apologies for my leave of absence and it is nice to see a few responses to my post.
No point asking Mary-Anne she wont tell ha ha she loves to keep us dangling..... I cant even take her out to get pissed and try and extract her secrets as she informs me she doesn't drink much anymore..... so that's not going to work.
Tammy-Joe you have some really big plans for 2016 I would love you to keep me on the loop with your progress and I am here if you need any advise to achieve your goals. You go girl!

Just by giving up cigarettes you will save and also be much healthier, I admire your goal to study, look forward to seeing how you go in 2016 :D

I think it still rates up there as the great Aussie dream and working in this industry, can get you there faster than most with a regular savings plan and some good advise, that one of the services I can offer to you all just PM me if you need some guidance.:)
