Went here a few weeks back.
Normal looking place, kiko wasnt there and I got Yumi who did not provide any service except massage.
Pretty sure I lucked out and some of the others (not all asian) do provide RnT as I saw a bunch of young guys waiting when I finished my massage.

Tried Sakura Blossoms in Spencer St, West Melbourne. They are running a Japanese theme and claim to have real Japanese girls. I tried Aki, she is from Osaka and the real thing.
