Doh!!!My 1st world internet speed is not capable of streaming anything....it may steam up my frustration.
Optus (at least in WA where i am) is the cheapest for unlimited internet and no problems with watching netflix or utube even on multiple devices at the same time.I use torrents because my iinet connection is so poor and unreliable that I can't stream youtube let alone a movie or tv show. Otherwise I'd probably use Netflix and make sure I had the US connection as I've been told that gives you greater access to more recent tv shows.

Doesnt it seem strange Most of Australia is putting up with super slow ADSL2 or some such Yet go to Geraldton its all fully connected to the NBN and as such also has had the price of there internet come downI SO had to get used to aussie internet. I'm used to superfast almost-free internet everywhere. I loved Netflix .
Here I would never download torrents and other travellers never share movies or tv shows. Oh no that never happens. Honestly!

Well gero has NBN and our shire paid to have it laid on the major road (singular ) so we had access So for us it was $1500 but its better than living in backward places like Perth Adelaide MelbourneLike I said, 1st world country with 1st class internet service that makes you Scream TV rather than stream.
I hear you XLNC, me waiting for the NBN ship to dock too and apparently it be 2018 that they starts to construct the gigantus that is NBN in my area. I reckon by that time Hellstra would be offering it's 8G service at a premium price.
H2, did you reckon NBN attracted this bunch of immigrants to dock at Gero? We have NBN speed beyond imagination cum aboard...
