Its a very common fantansy and nothing wrong with it.Bit hard to find as woman when they are pregant are rather more self conscious and seem to go of sex for the first 6 months, the last three months they are usually more frisky...this is from personal experience and talking with many others.

I'm pregnant with only a little way to go but not really interested in meeting someone new to play with, and left the industry pretty much immediately I knew I was knocked up due to extreme nausea which lasted well into my 7th month worse luck. My libido has only recently made a bit of a comeback but the big bump now makes sexual maneovering positively awkward. I don't think there are very many pregnant WL's. I haven't seen much pregnant activity in the swing world either. Doesn't mean it's not out there, but to me that's a fair indicator it's not common. You're already sharing your body with one person, it seems to cut down on the amount you want to share it with others. Plus I feel quite protective of this new life inside me, I don't want to take any risks of a stranger being rough with it. If anyone's going to give my baby a headache it'll be his father.
I have read that the hormone flux can send some pregnant women's libido soaring with increased genital sensitivity, but can't say that's been my experience. Under normal circumstances I would generally like to get quite a bit more sex than the average woman, but while I've been pregnant the opposite has been true. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
You might just have to fulfill this fantasy the hard way, find a permanent partner and get her pregnant...

Sounds like you have had a dificult pregnancy having nausea up untill seven months. U must be excited about having a new bub though.
Lol i think i am too young to be getting any girls pregnant at the moment and of course i would want it to be for the right reason (love her, want kids etc) rather then to fulfill my fantasy.
