well I have personally met Vineta, lol and she is employed by Langtrees in our Live Chat Team;)

Annoyance

When the chat team first started they were pretty chatty on the forum, that's till the focus of their employment changed after into human virtual assistants to keep the forum from looking stale & inactive.

It would be nice to joke and chat with them, but they have to follow what their employer requires of them.

But if you haven't been here long then yes, they do look like Bots a programmer has activated on site.
