Firstly (and most safely). need a prescription from a doctor.
Then available from any chemist, and much. much cheaper than it used to be.
And it can work for some, but not work for others, and can have a few side effects of headaches and stuff, again for some, and not for others.
That's my total medical knowledge of the stuff.

Saw an article recently reporting a study that showed that while it worked for intended purpose, this can have a side effect of blurred vision.

Not sure whether this was short term reversible or long term non reversible. Hadn’t seen this side effect listed previously. Anyone else see this study?

From what I read a while back it was very high doses. I doubt there would be any doctor recommending those sort of dose levels.

Also talk to your Doctor about Cialis which is a more long acting drug that works best for me.

I take a small daily dose for an enlarged prostate BPH but it also helps with erections.

I have a Doctor's prescription for it but unlike Viagra there is still a patent on it in Australia so the cost is still prohibitive here.

I import mine from overseas without issue for private use and it works the same as the genuine one here as I have taken both.

Either way everyone reacts differently to medications and also interactions with other medication you may be taking.

Best to discuss with your doctor what will work best for you.

Yes I do the same, I buy 20mg tablets from overseas and cut into 4 @ 5mg daily dose as per my script.
Customs don't have a problem as long as the qty's are in line with personal use.

... that's exactly how I do it, if I take them. With a pill cutter you can cut it into 4 or 5 pieces, really doesn't matter
and for me the effect last sometimes 24 hours, sometimes less, but for sure it works well.

They work well for me. Cialis (Tadalafil) stays in the system for a day or two. I only take 5mg day for my prostate and it helps with that but also the fringe benefits!

I have taken them for a while so don't have any unwanted side effects.

Best to see your doctor to get a check up, no need to be shy as many men have the same problem.

No doctor will refuse you a prescription if you genuinely need. Cialis is better for me lasts longer and less side effects. You can get generic now and Chemist Warehouse seems best value if you don’t want to consider overseas. Agree healthy living is best alternative but sometimes there is an underlying medical condition that requires medication.
