This is probably now an old chestnut but have there been further advances regarding the safer use of this drug? I know of friends who go to Asian countries like Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, etc, to buy fairly large supplies and I keep warning them of the potentially fatal side effects. Has this forum taken up this thread and given informed discussion on the subject?

Just go to your local GP and they should sort.
Just make sure they aren't tossers! I had to see another GP as one said I didn't need it cause of my age being young. Some seem to think its only for old folks and thats it. I found one GP who was open about it and I told him why I thought I needed it and he gladly gave me free samples.
It really helps get you hard without much effort and for some guys who can still get aroused but have a hard time getting full wood (like me) it helps.

You can also get other variants that are cheaper.

My previous GP told me just to lose weight (which I am working on, thankyouverymuch), but my current one was good in ensuring that my blood pressure was at a safe level, etc. and we openly discussed my issues, and I got some free samples of both Viagra and Levitra, and we've now settled on the Viagra, as ejaculations seem to come (hahaha) easier with it than with Levitra.

Always check with your GP before taking any medication, including natural therapies as they can often clash with perscription drugs.

If you look around hard enough, there are now generic sildenafil, tadalafil and vardenafil with added compound (Dapoxetine) which supposedly delay ejaculation.

To me personally, while I do understand that so many wishes to last longer, etc - but at least IMHO - so long as they don't have any pre/genetic condition (eg. curvatures, background thyroid issue/s) - they are lucky enough to get it up in the first place.

Some may have had some success with exercising. Particularly with the rise of interest with Bathmate. I was a sucker who wasted $150 on these in the hope that they will somewhat improve my ED and my genetic curvature, but there was simply too much nerve pain when using it and I've stopped using it for a year to this day.

I may suggest however give it some reading and thoughts and what doesn't work for some will invariably work for others. A lot of guys have sworn upon how good the Bathmate as especially combined with normal jelquing exercise - it is 'supposedly' far better than using a lot of those traditional pumps.

Yes, this seems to be real. I got told off recently by a WL I know very very well. Obviously she'd be less inclined to give me a decent serving if we didn't know each other extremely well.

Anyway, we went away together for a while and after a week she asked me if I was taking something. I'm not embarrassed, but am discreet in popping a viagra now and then depending on my mood. She knew as it makes you unnaturally hard. I have to say, I didn't really notice this difference myself, but she did and told me to just ease up a bit.

I love it when my girls are honest, so took it on board. Take care of your ladies if you are taking a supplement.

I do not know (seriously) if there's any known home remedy or methods to actually go down. IF you are at the stage of suspecting the man's having had it up for too long - only one way I know is to somehow get your mind off anything from sex, Failing that or it's a case of priapism which is an immediate case to the ER.

Maybe also perhaps drink lots of water so to encourage urination? At least the logical reason for this is to throw as many suspecting things away in as quickly possible. Another logical option would be to exercise (LIGHTLY, if your man is already high blood pressured from the Viagra), as the priority would be to encourage re-flow of blood elsewhere. I know for 100% certain from my experience that concentrating on hitting the weights forces the blood flow / pump to be reflowed where it needs the most (in this case, the muscles, NOT the penis).

Being doing my own tests.
Doctor gave me a script for the real stuff(shit its expensive!!)
Using a half to a 1/3 to do the job. all good. Definitely get flushes.
